IBA Argentina presentation by Freeke Kunst

Freeke Kunst of VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne will give a presentation under the title “The Netherlands Antilles - Challenging Jurisdiction” at this year’s Annual Conference of the International Bar Association which is held from 12-17 October 2008 in Buenos Aires.

She will talk about the recent developments regarding the new governmental structure within the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the disappearing jurisdiction of the Netherlands Antilles and discuss recent case law on the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Netherlands Antilles in maritime matters.
