WILLEMSTAD - Henry Van der Kwast is stepping down as managing director of Maduro Holding B.V. His successor is Marius Van Noort.
Van Noort (43) has been manager advisory at Price Waterhouse Coopers Curacao since 2013.
Maduro Holding B.V. is a holding company with interests in a diversified group of companies operating in the shipping services, travel & leisure, and transportation industries throughout Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten and the Netherlands. The company traces its roots to S.E.L Maduro & Sons, a trading company founded in 1837 that is considered one of the oldest established companies in the Caribbean, having been in business for about 180 years. It is headquartered in Willemstad, Curaçao.
