CTEX And CORE Establish Strategic Alliance

WILLEMSTAD (CTEX | CORE) -- Curaçao Technology Exchange (CTEX) and CORE N.V. announced today that they have formalized a strategic alliance agreement. Under the agreement, CORE will leverage CTEX’s datacenter for its own operations and relocate its present datacenter at Regentesselaan to CTEX’s highly secured and redundant facility at Seru Mahuma.
CORE and CTEX will also partner in the delivery of managed services to local and international customers who collocate their computing infrastructure at the CTEX facility. Key staff from CORE will be part of CTEX’s network operations center providing 24/7/365 support and monitoring of all critical computing and networking infrastructure components.

“We are excited about the opportunity to work with CORE. From the start we’ve always had an excellent relationship with the company, its staff and management team. Having CORE as one of our alliance partners means that we will be able to further expand the breath and depth of our managed services capabilities while at the same time providing highly advanced and secured datacenter services out of our Tier-IV certified datacenter. Ongoing continuity, high security, and a commitment to a 100% uptime of all critical infrastructure components are key to our business. CORE and its professional team will support us in achieving these levels of service,” says Anthony de Lima, CTEX’s Chairman & CEO.

“For CORE, the alliance means that our staff and customers will be served out of the region’s most advanced datacenter. Leveraging the latest and greatest technology means that customers can get real benefits from running their key computing capabilities at our datacenter. CTEX and CORE engineers will work together to ensure we deliver the highest levels of service to customers domestically and internationally. Over the next few months we will provide specialized training to our staff on some of the latest and most modern computing and networking technologies implemented at CTEX” says Gerda Rosalia CORE’s Managing Director.

The companies will leverage each other’s capabilities to deliver Managed Services such as Cloud Solutions, Virtual Datacenter, Managed Continuity, Professional Services, and Managed Colocation.
