CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROGRAM IMPORTANT MILESTONE FOR BHM IN ANNUAL REPORT 2013

With the presentation of the annual report to the government as the only shareholder, Bonaire Holding Maatschappij (BHM) has closed the past calendar year. In the report, 2013 is evaluated as a year with many developments.
 
An example is the long term corporate governance program that was initiated, in which VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne is involved as legal advisor. 
 
“A public procurement was done for the evaluation of the holding, where we assess to what extent the companies comply with the Code Corporate Governance. This project has been started this year and has already resulted in several improvement processes,” according to BHM.
