Judge from Maastricht returns to Antillean Court

Judge Johannes Romke Sijmonsma from Maastricht returns to the Netherlands Antilles. He starts effective December 1, as member of the Joint Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.

The cabinet in The Hague agreed with his appointment on Friday. The 49-year old judge was already member of the Joint Court between 1996 and 2001. Other than judge, he is currently also committee-member of the Court in Maastricht.
