VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne organizes workshops Procurement & Contracting on Curaçao and St. Maarten

WILLEMSTAD / PHILIPSBURG - After successful workshops on Bonaire and on Aruba during the P3A Conference in March 2016, VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne has organized a lunch seminar Procurement and Contracting on Curaçao as well on 7 July.

The unexpectedly large number of registrations for the seminar resulted in a shortage of space in the venue, and demonstrated that transparency in procurement procedures is a hot topic on Curaçao as well.

On behalf of the firm, specialized real estate lawyers Tom Peeters (partner) and Godelieve Wesselingh (senior associate) informed participants representing – among others – state-owned corporations, project developers and construction companies. With examples derived from their daily practice, they explained the legal framework and outlined the steps in different procedures.

With many questions from the audience during and after the presentations, the seminar confirmed that this is a hot topic throughout the Dutch Caribbean region. VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne therefore has decided to repeat the seminar (free of charge) on St. Maarten on 18 August 2016 as well. Registrations for this seminar can be addressed to Ms. Nynke Veenstra (T +721 542 2902, E This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).
