PHILIPSBURG - In connection with the ongoing investigation into the interception at sea of more than 200 kilos of a drug-like substance perceived to be cocaine by the Dutch Royal Navy in collaboration with the Caribbean Coastguard on Saturday, January 21, 2017, a number of searches were carried out on Sunday, January 22 and Tuesday, January 24 on both the Dutch side as well as the French side of St. Maarten.
PHILIPSBURG - Zr. Ms. Holland, het stationsschip van de marine dat op dit moment met een boarding team van de Kustwacht haar taken uitvoert in het Caribisch Gebied, heeft op zaterdag 21 januari, 220 kilo vermoedelijk cocaïne onderschept. THE HAGUE--Victims of violent crimes in Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba might very well become entitled to damages from the Compensation Fund of the Dutch Government in the future.
