WILLEMSTAD – Het Gerecht heeft vrijdag 10 maart 2017 in een spoed-kortgeding geoordeeld dat de vereisten terzake het ingezetenschap weliswaar een beperking van het kiesrecht betekenen, maar dat die beperking wettelijk geregeld is en bovendien, mede met het oog op een ordentelijk verkiezingsproces, niet disproportioneel of onredelijk is.
