Joint Court convicts man of ecstasy pill possession

PHILIPSBURG--The Joint Court of Justice on Wednesday sentenced Anthonie J. Horst to 16 months in jail, eight months of which were suspended, on three years’ probation, for the possession of 2,904 ecstasy pills.

Menam-case suspects get higher sentences on appeal
