AAV will take legal action against Isla refinery

WILLEMSTAD — Contractors association AAV has lost its patience with the Isla, said AVV-director Mike Willem. The association will take legal action against the Isla and has obtained legal advice in the meantime on how to tackle this.

NETHERLANDS - Justitie start vooralsnog geen strafrechtelijk onderzoek naar matchfixing naar aanleiding van het onderzoek van Europol waar vijf Nederlandse officials, spelers en/of criminelen bij betrokken zijn. Dat meldt een woordvoerder van het generaal parket van het OM vandaag aan persdienst Novum.

Feds preparing to sue Standard & Poor's over pre-crash ratings

U.S. warns Antigua against 'govt.-authorized piracy'
