Tweede kans voor jonge ex-inbreker

WILLEMSTAD - S.O. (18) heeft woensdagmorgen een tweede kans gekregen van de Officier van Justitie (OvJ) van het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) en het Gerecht. In plaats van een gevangenisstraf heeft hij een geheel voorwaardelijke gevangenisstraf gekregen.

Survey Says Outliers Helped Push Large Law Firm Revenue Up 5 Percent in 2012

Ombudsman seeks annulment of ‘cockfight’ clause in Penal Code

PHILIPSBURG--The Ombudsman has petitioned the Constitutional Court for annulment of two articles in the recently published Penal Code related to allowing organised animal fights (e.g. cockfighting) and has asked for a review of the article imposing higher penalties for crimes committed against tourists.

King Willem-Alexander will be inaugurated, not crowned

THE HAGUE--Queen Beatrix's decision to hand over the throne to her eldest son may have historical significance, but the actual process and ceremony is very simple. On April 30, she will sign a document, the so-called act of abdication, after which Willem-Alexander automatically becomes king, although he still has to be inaugurated.

WILLEMSTAD – Het Gerecht heeft vanmiddag bepaald dat de hond ‘Leonie’ niet terug mag naar zijn baas R.C. De hondeneigenaar begon een zaak tegen het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) waarin hij verzocht om teruggave van zijn hond.

Vittorio Missoni Plane Still Missing; Bag From Flight Found On Curacao

Proportionele aansprakelijkheid voor juristen en echte wetenschappers

Ex-militair moet 'agressie-regulering cursus' volgen
