WILLEMSTAD - Het Openbaar Ministerie en de verdachten in de zaak “Bientu” zijn in onderling overleg overeengekomen om het door beide partijen ingestelde hoger beroep in de zaak “Bientu” in te trekken.

Het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) van Curaçao, Sint Maarten en de BES-eilanden heeft vrijdag 26 augustus 2016, conform Artikel 2:282 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek (BW), een verzoek ingediend bij het Gemeenschappelijk Hof naar aanleiding van het rapport van Mr. Willems naar het beleid en de gang van zaken bij de overheids nv’s Refineria di Korsou, Aqualectra NV, Curoil NV.

WILLEMSTAD – Het Gerecht in eerst aanleg heeft vandaag uitspraak gedaan in de zogenoemde ‘Scooter’ moordzaak. Verdachten. G.E.B. en M.J.J.P.A. zijn beiden veroordeeld tot 16 jaar gevangenisstraf.
