WILLEMSTAD – Het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie (het Hof) heeft op 15 juli prof. mr. Willems als onderzoeker benoemd, met de opdracht een onderzoek in te stellen naar het beleid en de gang van zaken bij de Curaçaose overheidsvennootschappen Aqualectra, Curoil en RdK. Dit meldt het Hof.
